3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration Requirements
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. This platform is designed for users aged 13-15, 16-17, and 18 years and over
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
- One person may only create one account
- Phone number verification via WhatsApp OTP is required
3.2 Account Types
Student Accounts:
- Search and browse teacher profiles
- Message teachers directly
- Book and schedule lessons
- Leave reviews and ratings
- Save favorite teachers
Teacher Accounts:
- Create detailed professional profiles
- Set your own hourly rates and pricing
- Communicate with students via chat
- Manage your schedule and availability
- Receive payments directly from students
- Build your reputation through reviews
4. User Conduct
4.1 Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- ❌ Use the platform for any illegal purposes
- ❌ Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- ❌ Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
- ❌ Share inappropriate or offensive content
- ❌ Impersonate another person or entity
- ❌ Send spam or unsolicited messages
- ❌ Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform
- ❌ Collect user data without explicit consent
- ❌ Promote competing services
5. Teachers' Responsibilities

- ✓ Deliver quality educational services
- ✓ Honor scheduled appointments
- ✓ Maintain professional conduct
- ✓ Set clear and transparent pricing
- ✓ Respond to inquiries promptly
6. Students' Responsibilities
- ✓ Pay agreed-upon fees for services
- ✓ Treat teachers with respect
- ✓ Attend scheduled lessons or provide notice
- ✓ Provide honest and fair reviews
- ✓ Honor cancellation policies
7. Payments and Fees
7.1 Payment Processing
- Payments are made directly between students and teachers
- Ready Prof currently does not charge platform fees
- In-app payment processing may be introduced in the future
- All transactions should be transparent and documented
7.2 Refunds
- Refund policies are determined by individual teachers
- Ready Prof is not responsible for refund disputes
- Users should resolve payment issues directly
8. Privacy and Data Protection
8.1 Data We Collect
We collect the following personal information:

All educational resources, documents, files, and materials (including but not limited to exercises, solutions, courses, summaries, and exams) uploaded to the Ready Prof platform by teachers remain the intellectual property and ownership of the respective teachers who uploaded them. Ready Prof does not claim ownership of these resources. The platform serves solely as a hosting and distribution service for teacher-uploaded content.
9. Safety and Reporting
- Meet in safe, public locations for in-person lessons
- Inform someone about meeting details
- Trust your instincts
- Report suspicious behavior immediately
10. Reviews and Ratings
- Reviews must be based on actual experiences
- False or malicious reviews are prohibited
- We reserve the right to remove inappropriate reviews
- Reviews cannot be edited after 30 days
11. Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Ready Prof is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
14. Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms
- Changes are effective immediately upon posting
- Continued use constitutes acceptance
- Significant changes will be notified via email
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco.
